Refund policy

At ELZIOKSLLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, you have a period to return it in accordance with the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

It must be returned in its original packaging

It must be in perfect condition

The request must be made within the legal deadline

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or used cannot be refunded.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

The refund will be made within 10 working days

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of our error).

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used (e.g., food accessories in direct contact with food).
